I was hesitant to send my jewelry in via the mail to someone I did not know. I thought for sure I would lose my jewelry and never hear from anyone. After a whole lot of emails and questions, I sent in all my broken gold jewelry to see how it would work. I was contacted via email regarding the shipment arrival and a price to agree on. If not happy with the price, the jewelry would be sent back. It is an easy process and trustworthy people to deal with.
